🔵 1. Assistant Camp Director
Full-Time | Seasonal Reports to: Program Director
Support the director in managing daily camp operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth program delivery.
Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling and daily logistics
-
Supervise counselors and assist with conflict resolution
-
Track attendance and maintain records
-
Support parent communication
-
Step in for Director when needed
Qualifications:
-
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
-
Experience working with youth
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
🔵 2. Lead Camp Counselor
Full-Time | Seasonal Reports to: Assistant Director / Camp Director
Lead a group of campers: guiding their daily activities, ensuring their safety, and creating a positive camp experience every day.
Responsibilities:

Supervise assigned group of campers
-
Plan and lead daily activities
-
Maintain a safe and structured environment
-
Manage behavior using positive reinforcement
-
Communicate with parents and staff as needed
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
-
Experience working with children
-
CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
🔵 3. Assistant Camp Counselor
Part-Time or Full-Time | Seasonal Reports to: Lead Counselor
Support lead counselors in supervising campers and helping activities run smoothly and safely
Responsibilities:

Assist with group supervision
-
Help facilitate activities
-
Support behavior management
-
Ensure smooth transitions between activities
Qualifications:
-
High school student or graduate
-
Interest in education, counseling, or youth work
-
Energetic and reliable
🔵 4. Behavioral Support Specialist (Trauma-Informed Role)
Full-Time or Part-Time Reports to: Camp Director
Provide behavioral and emotional support to campers, creating an inclusive and trauma-informed environment where every child feels safe and supported.
Responsibilities:

Support campers with behavioral or emotional challenges

Coach staff on behavior management strategies

De-escalate conflicts and crises
-
Assist in creating individualized support plans
-
Promote social-emotional learning
Qualifications:
-
Background in counseling, social work, or psychology
-
Experience with youth and trauma-informed care
-
Strong de-escalation and communication skills
